Sudan: Evangelical church properties threatened with demolition

A court in Sudan is fighting to save its properties after a court approved demolition of its building, along with several other ministries.

According to persecution watchdog Christian Solidarity Worldwide, the church has appealed the court ruling, which would see the church itself along with several health clinics and homes rented to church clergy. The move against the Sudan Presbyterian Evangelical Church follows in a longstanding trend of Christian persecution by the government in Sudan.
