Letters between parents after son killed in action

In February 1945, a young Manitoba man fighting in the war was killed in battle in Holland.

The man's father, Bill May, was also serving in the military at Manitoba's CFB Shilo, and corresponding by letters with his wife Grace. In the heartbreaking letters, published by Winnipeg's CHVN Radio, you can hear Bill's sorrow alongside his inspiring faith as he remembers his son and sends love and encouragement to his wife and family at home.
