“I do what the bible tells me”: South Carolina woman turns 107

A South Carolina is thanking God for her health and longevity as she celebrates her 107th birthday.
Adell Julie Thompson was born in Santee, SC in 1915, where she has lived her entire life and watched life go by for more than a century. Last month she celebrated turning 107 with a birthday parade. Reflecting on her long life, Thompson says she simply does what the Bible tells her, and thanks the Lord for sparing her this long.
