As hurricane Fiona leaves Atlantic Canada, the island of Puerto Rico is welcoming help from Evangelical humanitarian groups as it recovers from significant damage.
Hundreds of thousands of residents are without clean water or power, and experts believe recovery will be slow. Evangelical charities have responded with deliveries of supplies to help provide drinking water, as well as clothing and shelter.
